PROFESSIONAL FEES:

Reimbursable Expenses:
- Mileage in company or personal vehicles, at 54¢ per mile.
- Meals will be billed at $75.00 per day in the United States.
- Meals outside the United States will be billed at $150.00 Per Day.
- The reimbursable expenses will be billed at direct cost:
- Commercal air travel (minimum business class in US, first class overseas).
- Other commercial travel, including rail, bus, taxi, rental vehicles.
- Accommodations to include:
- Telephone/Fax charges (Business Only).
- Postage and shipping/courier services.
- In-House printing and reproduction.
- Other project expenses: photocopying, laser printing and such.
- Armed guard for hostile countries.
